TPS + advance parole re-entry - does new parole rule affect AOS through marriage?

Entered the U.S. as a child without inspection. Family applied for TPS, I’ve had it ever since. In 2010 I traveled on emergency advance parole and was paroled back in (my passport shows this). Planning to marry my USC boyfriend early next year and adjust status through him. **•** Does my 2010 parole re-entry count as a lawful entry for §245(a) adjustment, even though my original entry was EWI? **•** Does the recent parole policy change affect this? **•** Does the 3/10-year unlawful presence bar still apply to me, or does the parole entry get around that for AOS purposes? Anyone dealt with this combo (TPS + old advance parole + EWI entry) before? Trying to figure out if I should talk to a lawyer before filing or if this is pretty straightforward. submitted by /u/Old_Equipment4202 to r/USCIS [link] [comments]
