Premium Processing OPT + RFE — how long did it take to get a decision after responding?
Hi everyone! I’m curious about other people’s timelines for F-1 OPT with premium processing , especially if you received an RFE. For anyone who went through something similar: How long did it take to receive your initial OPT decision/RFE after upgrading to or filing with premium processing? If you received an RFE , how many days after USCIS received your RFE response did you get a final decision? Was your case approved relatively quickly after the RFE response, or did USCIS take close to the full premium processing timeframe again? For context, I filed with premium processing and received an RFE. I’ve now submitted my RFE response, so I’m trying to get a realistic idea of how quickly people have been hearing back recently.
