One of my credit cards keeps offering to increase my limit, is there a reason not to do it?

I have excellent credit, always 800+. One of my Citi cards keeps sending me offers to increase my limit by $2,000 to $16,500. I don't have any reason to do this, there is never more than a couple thousand on that card, but would this help in the future with credit-related things? submitted by /u/DFuhbree to r/personalfinance [link] [comments]
