Warrent for arrest
Legal green card holder of works for family that owns many businesses in multiple states. They live in state X. Green card holder lives in state x. The green card holder is sent to the TX store for temporary work. Store receives Ordinance violation citation issued in Green card holders name. Store pays fine, which triggers a no contest/guilty plea for misdemeanor Ordinance violation. The green card holder was unaware of the guilty plea on record. It was simply taken care of by some manager. The green card holder was under the impression that the violation was transferred to the store and completely unaware of any potential issue on their record until now. 2 years later, a green card holder is sent to the same store. Received a citation for selling alcohol to minor in police operation. They were issued a citation but remained in the store. Days later, the agent that issued citation calls and made them aware of a warrant for their arrest. Green card holder lives in state X, has paperwork and ID for state x, but has accommodations in Tx reserved by business owners for work purposes. What happens next?
