Pre-Suit Letter Notice & WoM - Writ of Mandanus As First Resort
Has anyone attempted to do a pre suit notice letter or go straight to the WoM without having attempted any of the other recommended routes yet? (inquiry, representative inquiry, expedited request etc)? I wonder if it would still have any weight or if we must absolutely exhaust all other resources first.
