I came to this country long ago and finally I got my green card today! Below are the timelines if it helps. India EB1A - Priority Date 2017. H1B all along these years. One derivative, Clean case no priors of any kind. I-485, EAD, AP submitted in March April 7th - Biometrics 2x FTA0 for both Primary and Derivative on the same day. April 28th - SU for both 6/8 SU (Primary) 6/23 EAD Approved (Primary only) 6/28 SU (Both) 7/21 SU (Primary Only) 7/22 SU (Primary Only) 7/28 SU (Both) 7/29 SU (Both 8/6 3rd FTA0 and 1st FTA1 (Both) Action taken on your case email. 8/7 SU (both) 8/8 Approved (exactly 24 hours and 10 min after 8/7 SU) Derivative never got EAD/AP. Primary Never got AP. It has been an humbling journey and I can finally call this country a permanent home. I wish you all the very best and hope you get your approval soon. submitted by /u/Pretty_Crab_543 to r/USCIS [link] [comments]
