"Hospitality grad wants to switch to HR: PTE 57, family blocked my UK offer. Study abroad again or Masters in Nepal?"

Hi everyone, I recently graduated with a Bachelor's in International Hospitality Management, but my actual interest is in Human Resource Management, and I want to build my career there. I'm looking for honest advice from people who've navigated something similar. Here's where I'm stuck. On PTE, my first attempt was an overall 50 (band 5.0), and my second attempt was 57 (band 5.5), but I'm still under 5.5 in writing and reading on some sections. Australia was my first choice, but my documentation wasn't complete or properly managed, so that didn't go through. I then tried the UK and got rejected by several universities because they said my college degree was unverified. I did eventually get one offer, but my family won't support it, mainly because of living costs, expensive tuition, and the current job market for international grads in the UK. I tried convincing them, but they've made it clear they won't back this, and my father in particular isn't supporting it. Right now I'm under a lot of pressure and trying to find HR internship roles in Nepal to at least get a foothold, but I'm not getting anywhere with that either.
