3 things I wish I did every sem break during university
Build something you can actually talk about in an interview. Don’t spend your whole summer just scrolling and waiting for the next semester to start. Learn a skill, build a project, contribute to something, or create something you can put on your resume. A certificate is nice, but having something you actually built will always stand out more. Stop networking only when you need something The best time to connect with people is when you don’t need anything from them yet. Use LinkedIn to find people in careers you’re interested in, learn from their journey, and start having conversations early. You don’t need hundreds of connections. A few genuine conversations can teach you more than hours of searching online. Know what skills you should actually focus on One mistake I made was learning random skills because everyone online said they were important.
