What to do to apply for scholarship?

I am 16 and i dont really know what to do to study abroad, i have ielts 7.5, my gpa is 4.7 out of 5 and i have 2 silver medals from regional geography olympiads and thats it. GPT says that its a solid baseline for a full scholarship but idk, i dont trust it.
