28 year old that wants to do something.

Looking for the best tech skill/path to learn in under a year and hopefully not too expensive haha I’ve been stuck in the work home nothing cycle for too long and I’m ready to change that. I want to learn something practical in tech that can actually lead somewhere, and I’m willing to invest money as long as the program is a year or less (full-time or part-time is fine). I live in NY if that helps with recommendations for in person options, but online is also fine. What would you recommend as the best thing to learn right now (coding, data, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, etc.) for someone starting from basically zero? Bonus points if you’ve done a specific bootcamp, certificate, or program yourself and can share how it went. I just wanna do something man. I’m tired of being poor submitted by /u/Melviib to r/personalfinance [link] [comments]
