Would my i-94 date get shortened due to passport expiration?

Hey, I am currently in the us on an l1a visa. My employer filed i-129 l1a extension on april 2026 before my i-94 expiration date. However, my Indian passport expires on september 29 2026, which I am currently renewing. If I get an apporval after sept 29 2026 or before will my i-94 be shortened to that day or 2 year renewal?
