From F2B to F3
Hi. I am a (Lawful permenant resident) applied for my son (over 21 years old) in 2018 and the petition was approved in 2020. In september 2023 I got her citizinship and in November 2023 my son got married. Now the NVC sent him to pay for the visa and send documents since his priority date is current. We never informed the NVC of his marrige. If he does, will they just convert his class to F3 and he will not lose his priority date?
