Sick and tired of seeing ESTA->AOS BS

I need to vent about something that has been getting completely out of hand lately. We constantly see posts from people asking, "I entered on ESTA/B1/B2 blah blah blah, and now I want to get married and file I-485 to adjust status right away. Is this okay?" Or worse, people who clearly planned their entire move, packed all their life belongings into three suitcases, flew in on a 90-day visa waiver, and then claim it was a "sudden change of heart." What's even more infuriating is that now people are openly bragging about this in the comments, saying things like, "It doesn't matter, USCIS forgives everything once you marry a US citizen anyway." or " it's not illegal! " Seeing people normalized and even encouraging this kind of abuse as if it's some clever immigration cheat code is wild. And frankly, I don't even buy the whole "spur of the moment" or "sudden change of plans" excuse anymore. Who are we kidding here? Almost nobody moves their entire life across the globe on a whim. 99% of the time, it's a calculated decision disguised as a spontaneous choice just to dodge consular processing. Seriously, if you are going to exploit the system like this, at least shut up, hire an immigrat…
