Current account switch to Co-op from Virgin Money
Hello, trying to get some advice here. So on Wednesday 22nd at about 1pm I signed up for a full transfer of my Virgin Money current account to my Co-op current account. What I'm trying to find out is when will the switch complete. I asked for ASAP. I am assuming the 7 business days means it should complete tomorrow but I don't know if the application day counts as a day or will the first day be the 23rd July? I was under the impression that the direct debits on the old account transfer over on the 5th day but I can't see that having happened yet. I did secure message the co-op but not had a reply I didn't know if it was all automated and I'd suddenly get a message saying the old account was closed or the transfer was successful or not as I've had nothing so far!
