Odd PNC Bank Email

Hey Hey, I recently opened a Traditional IRA with PNC Bank. This is my first experience with them, as I currently use Truist for all other banking needs; I couldn't open an IRA with Truist due to my age. This Morning, I received an email from PNC stating that they need me to call them to verify some personal details. This email does seem to come from the official PNC Alerts email account. However, I called them at their official main helpline and they do see that the email was sent, but they're not sure why, after being transferred around different departments. I've been thinking of going in-person to my branch tomorrow to ensure everything is in order, I don't want this account to be closed out. Any thoughts? Thank you! submitted by /u/MilkyWay2715 to r/Banking [link] [comments]
