35K in credit card debt due to gambling and feel like my life is ruined

Honestly didn't know where else to reach out but I just feel like im in a hole and just wanted other peoples advice on where im at. 26M I have the 35k split across 4 credit cards, 20k of that is on 0% interest and the remaining 15k is on cash advance 21.99% interest. Stupidly i tried applying for debt consolidation loans and all got declined (My credit score was 830 now it's at around 760 due to this) my current income is 4.6k per month and live with family so don't pay rent, my actual expenses per month is around $800-900 but yeah just wanted everyones advice and best course of action, I self excluded from a couple of venues and really just trying to beat this addiction. Appreciate everyones advice on this submitted by /u/Alive-Presence1244 to r/personalfinance [link] [comments]
