Is $1700 rent doable on a $62k yearly salary?

Hello all, I will be receiving a job promotion soon and look to be moving to the Summerville, SC area. I have chosen this area due to a lot of factors such as proximity to home, friends/family, proximity to the coast and Charleston, and so on. For a bit of backstory I am a 24 year old single male who is getting promoted to be a manager at a new office for my finance company I’ve been working with the past year. I can expect to make around roughly $62k a year gross (possibly a bit more) and most of the apartments around this area seem to average at around $1600-$1700 rent for a one bedroom. I can most likely expect to bring home about $4000+ a month (my job does offer bonuses and some other reimbursement benefits). As of right now I only spend monthly about $300 ish on monthly bills (insurance, phone, miscellaneous subscriptions) but I have no car payments, no kids, no S/O, no pets, no student loan debt, etc. I also currently have about $15k saved up just from working over the past year without major expenses My question is for those who have lived a lot more life than me, would this rent range be comfortable for me? I do enjoy going out, eating out, dating, etc. but other than that…
