LAWFUL RESIDENT OF THE BEST COUNTRY ON EARTH🦅🇺🇸

Boy what a ride! To everybody going thru this stressful process, I know that everyday feels like a month, but hang in there! Wanted to provide my timeline and happy to answer any questions: -Jan 2024 submitted I-130(my wife was still a GC holder) -March 2026 my wife becomes a USC -March 17 we submit the package (I-765 & I-485) -March 27 Biometrics Scheduled -April 06 Biometrics taken and same day update to actively reviewing the case -May 10 Interview Scheduled -May 21 Case status changed to “actively reviewing” again -June 3 Interview -July 16 approved -July 21 Card Produced -July 23 got the card in the mail MIAMI FO Because of being a kid and not being on top of my stuff + an issue with my B1/B2 visa extension, I overstayed my visa. Since I decided that I was staying (that wasn’t the plan when I first arrived), I started my own business and paid taxes since the first penny came into my account. Always respected every single aspect of the law and traffic rules. I met my wife in 2022 and we got married in 2023, then submitted I-130 as mentioned in the timeline.
